1. Service Description

Content Intelligence is an AI-powered SEO and content intelligence platform operated by YallaPublish ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at content.yallapublish.com. The platform provides keyword tracking, content analysis, AI content generation, social media management, and analytics integrations.

2. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • One account per person — shared accounts are not permitted
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to scrape, harvest, or collect data from websites without authorization
  • Abuse the platform by sending excessive requests or circumventing rate limits
  • Generate, store, or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

4. Subscription & Billing

  • A free tier is available with limited features and usage quotas
  • Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial-month refunds
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice
  • Downgrades may result in loss of access to features or data exceeding the new plan's limits

5. Public API Usage

The Public API (available on Pro and Enterprise plans) is subject to rate limits as documented in our API documentation. API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are found to be abused or compromised.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create on the platform, including project configurations, content items, and exported reports. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

7. Google Data

If you connect your Google account, your use of Google data through our platform is subject to the Google API Terms of Service and our compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided on a "best effort" basis. Free-tier accounts have no service level agreement. Paid plans include priority support but no formal uptime SLA. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which all data will be permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Content Intelligence and YallaPublish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may terminate your account before the effective date.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
